Canceling a Membership

The below instructions will cancel the auto-renewal of your membership. You will still retain access to Brain.fm until the end of your membership term.

Web

Subscription controls can be found in your user profile in the web app, via the icon in the upper-right corner of the app.

Mobile Apps

If you signed up through the Apple App Store (iTunes) or Android (Google Play) store, you'll have to cancel through those respective stores.

Android

To cancel via the Google Play Store, follow the prompt by going to "Subscriptions", clicking "Manage Subscriptions" then going to "Cancel Subscriptions".

iPhone

To cancel via the Apple App Store, navigate to the cancellation page by going to "Subscriptions", "Manage Subscriptions".
