  • Canceling a Membership

The below instructions will cancel the auto-renewal of your membership. You will still retain access to Brain.fm until the end of your membership term. If you wish to be canceled immediately, please specify and reach out to support@brain.fm for confirmation on next steps.

Web

Go to Settings, Click in the "Membership" box, then click "cancel your membership" at the bottom of the text box to be taken to the cancellation screen. Please fill out a reason then proceed with the cancellation.

If you are having difficulties, please reach out to us at support@brain.fm and we'd be happy to quickly and efficiently cancel your membership

Mobile Apps

if you signed up through the Apple App Store (iTunes) or Android (Google Play) store, you would have to cancel through those respective stores. They handle all cancellations. Canceling will turn off the auto-renewal and you would be able to continue using the benefits of Brain.fm until the term ends.

Android
To cancel via the Google Play Store, follow the prompt by going to "Subscriptions", clicking "Manage Subscriptions" then going to "Cancel Subscriptions" as shown below

Alternatively, to cancel Android subscriptions, follow the steps below:

1 - On your Android phone or tablet, open the  Google PlayStore
2 - 
Tap Menu -> Subscriptions
3 - 
Tap Brain.fm
4 - Tap  Cancel subscription


iPhone
You can easily be taken to the iTunes cancellation page by going to "Subscriptions", "Manage Subscriptions", clicking Brain.fm, then clicking "Cancel Subscription"

Alternatively, to can cancel iTunes store subscriptions, follow the steps below:

1 - Go to iPhone Settings >  [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2 - Tap your  Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap *View Apple ID. (*You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.)
3 - Scroll to  Subscriptions, then tap it.
4 - Tap Brain.fm, and you'll see a " Cancel Subscription" button on the following screen
